Do you have a favourite bible verse?
I have two chapters, and a verse, including my identity chapter Romans 8. I got stuck in that chapter for a year once. Also Isaiah 61 and Luke 4:18. These are my calling chapter and verse, helping Pam and I stay grounded.
When did you join the YCBC family?
My wife Pam and I have been in relationship with the YCBC family for a number of years but arrived formally on the 19th February 2023.
What makes you passionate about serving in your current role?
When Papa God interrupted our plans in May 2022 He asked me “Do you love the people at YCBC. The answer was an absolute excited YES.
During the journey to accepting the role as Senior Pastor I just became more and more excited as the journey progressed . Pam and I have been stirred with such love and passion for what Papa has planned in the valley.
God captured our hearts for the Yass Valley and 2582 many years ago and it’s an absolute privilege to be able to serve alongside such amazing people knowing that there is an amazing season ahead for our YCBC family.
Is there anything else you’d like to let people know?
My wife is my second-best friend / love, and she is ok with that as she has the same first love (AKA Jesus).
I’m a Son, a husband, Dad and granddad and that’s been my ministry training ground since Marrying Pam in 1981. If it isn’t happening at home then it’s not happening in ministry.
Pam and I are passionate about living for our kingdom purpose and Calling seeing people set free and Living out their calling from their identity as a son or daughter of the King.
